Document Description
The project is the implementation of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) at the Ascon Landfill Site. The "preferred alternative" per the RAP to remedy the site generally includes partial removal of waste materials within the site and a protective cap over the remaining waste materials. However, the EIR will include an analysis of a range of alternatives to remedy the site, including removal of all waste materials from the site.
