Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a retail commercial store in a vacant site. The proposed retail commercial store would be 8,320 sf, and include paved parking, landscaping, and a stormwater retention area large enough to accommodate a 100-year flood. Offsite improvements consist of curb, gutters, and sidewalks. The sites surrounding the project site are all developed and consist of commercial and industrial land uses with the exception of single-family residences to the south of the project site.
