The proposed project is an exchange of utility easements between the City of Pittsburg and the California Military Department Pittsburg Armory. The City of Pittsburg is granting to the State of California about 9,800 square feet of land located along the south boundary of the Pittsburg Armory property. In exchange, the State is granting an easement to the City that runs along the west boundary of the property, along Davi Avenue.
