Document Description
UCDMC and the City of Sacramento have negotiated an agreement to start a small community garden on the Medical Center property. Location is just east of 49th Street, south of V Street. This is in the Neighborhood Buffer of the UCDMC LRDP. The LRDP EIR says that "no permanent buildings or parking would be constructed or allowed within the setback area" of 40'.
