Document Description
The project proposes to replace the existing roof of the auto shop building. The building was built in 1950 and the extent of the re-roof will consists of (1) removal of existing three layers of asphalt tile roofing (2) Repairs to sub-roof and fascia. (3) installation of new felt underlayment. (4) installation of new three tab asphalt shingles to replace like kind and match exisitng roof patterns.
