The project is the result of a Fish and Game Code 1600 et seq. violation and involves the permitting of the water diversions from the Notice of Violation issued by Warden Kathleen Hrbacek. The project is for the yearly water diversion of 1.0 acre-feet storage from the pond to be used during the dry season and 0.33 acre-feet from the alluvial well for a back up system to the existing residential well system. The direct diversion rate is 2 gallons per minitue for the alluvial well.
