Document Description
This project involves the reconstruction of an existing 40'X122', 4880 square foot metal maintenance building at the Cal Fire Academy in Ione California. The building was constructed and has been utilized as the facility maintenance shop and offices for the Academy since the mid 1970's. With the recent relocation of the maintenance facilities the building is currently available but needs to be remodeled and updated prior to use. Prior to remodeling there are several pre-existing structural conditions with the building that will require reconstruction. There will be no expansion of the capacity of the existing structure during this project.
