Document Description
The project involves both maintenance of the existing pier structure and extension, and buoy field modification. Due to the age of the existing pier structure by replacing joists on the main deck. No pile driving is expected during structure maintenance and work will be above the water level. In addition, the project aims to extend the existing pier (approximately 210 lineal feet) and install a 3 foot X 45 foot long catwalk on the north side of the pierhead for lake access. The new extension involves installing aprroximately 28 pier support steel piling to accommodate a tandem pier design, consistent with the existing pier structure.
