Document Description
The proposed project consists of internal building modifications to the third floor of the Jesse Unruh Office Building to accommodate new building tenants. The scope of work includes all materials and equipment necessary for painting, removing and installing new suite identification signage, reconfiguring modular system furniture, updating electrical hardware (including mounting televisions on the wall, adding sensors to existing light fixtures, rerunning rough electrical, and replacing raceways), removing and replacing existing carpeting, removing and replacing existing carpeting, removing and replacing window blinds and drapery, and installing new door hardware.
