Document Description
The project is limited to: (1) Annual manual installation and removal of an approximately 2 cubic-foot pervious dam to maintain a 6" deep pool of water, and (2) Gravity diversion of approximately 5 gallons per minute via a 2" PVC pipe to a 50 gallon tank for domestic use. Diversion shall not exceed 200 gallons per day. Overflow from the tank shall return to the stream. Hand tools shall be sued to install the dam. The dam and diversion shall be installed and removed, and diversion shall take place, between May 1 and November 1 for the duration of the Agreement. There will be no impacts to riparian vegetation as part of the project.
