Document Description
The Project will remove vegetation that has become overgrown in Del Puerto Creek. Selective removal of approximately 1,000 cumulative linear feet of creekside vegetation within an approximately 7,200 total lineal feet area will occur. Vegetation removal will consist of removing all large bamboo stands as well as selective removal of shrubs and trees that are growing along the slope of the bank into the creek or eroding into the creek and impeding flows. All remvoal will be done by mechanical means, and all tree stumps will be left in the bank to prevent additional erosion of the bank.
