Document Description
The Project is limited to the repair of an existing training wall at the tailrace of the Merced Falls Powerhouse. The Project includes dewatering the site to create a dry workspace for construction, using small, 2-inch pump to keep work area dewatered, drilling and placing dowels in the base of the training wall, installing forms, placing approximately 15 cubic yards of concrete to reinforce the existing training wall, using a concrete vibrator to ensure an even pour, and removing Himalayan blackberry bushes from the access route using hand tools to access the site.
