Document Description
CDCR will implement a number of small health care facility improvements at CIW to remedy deficiencies in CIW's existing primary care, specialty care, medication distribution, and pharmacy. To accomplish the necessary improvements, CDCR will construct a new primary care clinic, a central health services addition and renovation, general population primary care clinic addition and renovation, support care unit primary care clinic renovation, and appropriate accomodation for Disability Placement Program (DPP) inmates. The project components will provide for sick call, medical screening, examination, and accommodate physical therapy services, medical office space, and inmate holding; it will include metal health treatment space and will expand pharmacy and medication distribution space.
