Document Description
Using only State funds, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), will perform a cold, in-place, recycling repair and then place a thin blanket overlay on approximately 5.9 highway miles of (SR) 299 beginning 8 approximately miles east of the Community of Adin in Modoc County. The work will entail removing and replacing asphalt up to 0.33 ft. in depth over the full width of pavement. A 0.15 ft. thin blanket will be placed over the recycled asphalt.
