Document Description
The project is limited to the construction of two concrete piers and associated 24" square concrete footings on the bed of Lake Almanor and the installation of a prefabricated 4'x30' aluminum staircase onto the piers and a pre-existing concrete pad at the top of the stairs. Concrete shall be mixed and poured manually at the site of the footings. The staircase shall be brought in and installed from the water side. Work shall be conducted during low water levels, and no trees or shrubs shall be disturbed as part of the project.
