ATT will lease a portion of Caltrans right-of-way to build and operate a cell phone tower and small equipment building associated with it. The tower will be disguised as a pine tree, the building associated with it. The tower will be disguised as a pine tree, the building will be wood surrounded by redwood fencing, all of which will be painted to be unobstructive. This will improe cell and emergency service.
