Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (No. 1600-2013-0009-R5) to the project applicant, Quail Meadows LLC. The Project is limited to: the replacement of underground strom drain and construction of an above ground drainage system in the northeastern portion of the project site; and the replacement of appoximately 900 linear feet of an existing 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) underground storm drain with an 84-inch RCP underground storm drain to accommodate flows from the north. These activities will take place on a 12.49-acre residential development project site.
