Document Description
The project proposes to add bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, and other small spaces to the existing apartmet structures, renovate and reconfigure landscaping, and provide amenities such as: a community center, a Boys and Girls Club structure, play areas, and covered patios. Further, two existing units would be demolished, and two new units would be constructed (total units remaining at 40). In all, the project would add approximately 7,900 square feet of living space, 5,800 square feet of community buildings, five trellis-covered pergolas, a bocci ball court, a horseshoe court, enhanced landscaping, clotheslines, and related featured.
