The Eastern Sierra Land Trust is requesting $350,000 in funding from the Sierra Nevada Conservancy's Proposition 84 Preservation of Ranches and Agricultural Lands Grant Program to purchase a conservation easement over 1,240-acres of privately owned ranch containing mountain meadow pastures, rangeland, and forest. No ground disturbing activities would occur as part of this proposed project.
