The Sierra Valley Resource Conservation District (SVRCD) is requesting $316,820 in funding from the Sierra Nevada Conservancy's Proposition 84 Preservation of Ranches and Agricultural Lands Grant Program to implement projects on private agricultural lands at six sites in order to enhance water quality, improve wildlife habitat, and reduce soil erosion on private and public lands within Sierra Valley.
