Document Description
Selecting the final corrective measures proposed in the Corrective Measures Proposal (CMP) that was submitted on May 30, 2012 by SCS Engineers for the former STMicroelectronics, Inc. (STM) property (Facility). The corrective measures proposed in the CMP include groundwater monitoring and Land Use Covenant (LUC) on portions of the Facility parcels. The purpose is to prevent exposure of hazardous constituents in groundwater that is present at levels that may pose a risk to human health if the area is not under restricted land use.
