Document Description
On February 28, 2013, the Zoning Administrator approved a modification permit to allow the construction of a second double-faced monument sign in support of the existing movie theater located within Fashion Island. The proposed theater sign measures 16 feet 9 3/4 inches in height and 13 feet in width. Each sign face will measure 150 sq. ft. in area, resulting in a total combined sign area of 300 sq. ft.
