The project involves implementation of a Land Use Covenant (LUC) to be filed as a deed restriction to eliminate the potential risk from residual contamination at the site. The LUC/deed restriction will prohibit the use of the property as a residence, hospital, hospice, school, daycare center, and limit the Site use to commercial/industrial purposes. A maintenance and operations plan will include five year groundwater monitoring plan and soil management plan.
