Document Description
The City of Roseville, Parks, Recreation & Libraries Deppartment is proposing to develop a park on a 3.26-acre site within the City of Roseville's North Central Roseville Specifc Plan Area. The proposed NC-55B Park Project occurs south of State Route 65, north of Roseville Parkway, and east of Pleasant Grove Boulevard. The site is bound by Market Place Drive on the north, undeveloped open space to the south and west, and the Villemont Subdivision to the east. The proposed park project would consist of the following elements: a footbridge with enhanced concrete over a new constructed drainage swale; looped pathway that will connect to an existing bike trail; children's play area; educational signage; an existing basketball court: drinking fountain: pedestrian light and bike parking: covered picnic area; lookout point with bench seating: a multi-use turf area; and a constructed drainage swale with boulders and water quality enhancement plants.
