CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0266-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Shaver/Alameda County Water District. Project consists of installation of a fish ladder and foundation modifications to install a plunge pool to provide fish passage around Permitee's (ACWD) Rubber Dam No. 3 (RD3); and replacement of the existing RD3 inflatable bag and mechanical equipment with new material, including foundation modifications to anchor the new material and make seismic related structural modifications.
