Document Description
The CWSRF Project under consideration herein includes Phase 1 through Phase 3, and terminating before crossing the US-101 highway. The project does not include the entire project considered in the CEQA document. The project consists of 9.4 miles of recycled water pipeline installation, water pumps, and a water storage pond on properties owned by the City of Ukiah and private landowners. The water pipe will range in size from 8- to 16-inch to provide recycled water from the City's existing Ukiah wastewater treatment plant to agricultural and urban landscape irrigation lands within the Ukiah Valley. A single pump station consisting of up to two pump units will be constructed within the WWTP. A single, approx. 1.6 million-gallon, tertiary treated recycled water storage pond will be constructed within the Ukiah WWTP. The full project is parceled into four phases named from south to north and order of construction/completion. The recycled water storage pond and pump station will be constructed within Phase 1 of the project.
