Environmental Review of a Grading Permit. A Grading Permit Application has been filed for approximately 10,000 cubic yards of material to be placed on APN: 126-180-51. The fill site is located approximately 1,150 east of the intersection of Big Flat Road and Coburn road in Big Flat, CA. Fill material will be coming from the replacement of the Hurdygurdy Creek Bridge and Steven's Memorial Bridge both on South Fork Road.
