Document Description
The proposed Warm Springs / South Fremont Community Plan seek to facilitate development of transit-oriented residential and non-residential uses on 879 acres near the Warm Springs / South Fremont BART Station. The Community Plan has a buildout potential of 11,521,526 sf of light industrial, research and development, office, retail, and hotel uses; up to 4,000 dwelling units, and an elementary school. The Community Plan also contemplates circulation and infrastructure improvements within the plan area.
