Document Description
The project proposes the phased construction of 42 single-family detached residential units on approximately 5.9-net acres and the dedication of 2.4 acres for public right-of-way for the construction of the connections of Llagas Creek Drive, Del Monte Avenue and Christine Lynn Drive. The project is comprised of three requests. Zoning Amendment (ZA-11-18) proposes to rezone two parcels from R-2-3,500 Medium Density Residential to R-2-4,500 High Density Single-Family Residential (PD) Planned Development to allow 42 single-family residential units with modified single-family site development standards. Subdivision Map (SD-11-11) proposes to subdivide two parcels comprising 8.3-gross acres into 42 residential lots with public dedication. Development Agreement (DA-11-10) proposes contractual terms and conditions for the project.
