The CA DFW is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0033-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project, Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority.
The project is limited to placing a flexible concrete revetment mat commonly used for pipeline protection over two existing siphon barrels, one located on Cortina Creek and the second located on San Creek.
