Document Description
General Plan Amendment and Planned Development Rezoning to allow for the development of 154,000 sf of commercial uses, 260,000 sf of office uses, and 720 residential units on a 76 acre site. The project also includes modifications to the City's Edenvale Area Development Policy to accommodate the proposed mixed-use development on-site and the redistribution of existing entitlements from the project site to other locations within the Edenvale area.
