Document Description
The project will involve expanding the existing water system in order to correct deficiencies in source of supply, storage, pumping, and distribution and to allow the continued infill of the remaining undeveloped subdivision parcels. The proposed project involves the construction, operation, and maintenance of one new well and well pump station, one new welded steel water storage tank, one new booster pump station, and new transmission and distribution pipeline and services. The project as proposed will directly benefit the entire system. The project will have excess capacity to accommodate infill development, however the project will not have capacity for development outside the existing Sierra Brooks subdivision. The project will assure continued provision of a safe and reliable source of drinking water in compliance with State Department of Public Health standards.
