Document Description
This Project creates a Waiver to cover road maintenance and road project activities on county roads for which potential impacts to water quality from nonpoint source discharges can be reduced to less than significant through Waiver conditions and requirements. The conditions and requirements include implementation of the 5C Program and 5C Road Manual. The purpose of the Project is to protect water quality and the beneficial uses of water and to clarify and facilitate county road maintenance and road project compliance with the Basin Plan and Waiver conditions.
