Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 50 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Scott's Valley Water District (applicant) proposes to construct emergency interties to connect the water service areas of five community water systems operated by Santa Cruz Water Department, Scotts Valley Water District, San Lorenzo Valley Water District, and Mount Hermon Association, Inc. This is to advise that the Department has conditionally approved a grant for the project described above in the amount of $3,917,000 on November 5, 2013 from Chapter 3, Proposition 50, the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water District, San Lorenzo Valley Water District, and Mount Hermon Association, Inc.
