Document Description
This request is for a Use Permit to operate a motorcycle and ATV race track on a portion of a 103 acre industrial site. Race day uses include RV camping, food service and incidental retail sales. A small track for radio control and remote control cars and trucks is also proposed, and some non-motorized dirt bike racing events may also be scheduled. In addition, the existing amphitheater will be used for outdoor plays and concerts which may operate in the evening and have incidental retail sales and food service during the event. All events will use amplified sound equipment. No fuel will be stored on site.
