Document Description
Combined application proposing: 1) a Use Permit to establish a K-8 Public Charter School approximately 23,000 sf (interior) in size, including three kindergarten classrooms, eight classrooms (one for each grade), a special education/tutoring room, administration offices, student restrooms, a library, a meeting room, an art studio, outdoor play areas, a basketball court, and associated parking; 2) a Rezone proposal for a 2.99-acre portion of the site to modify the Site Performance combining district from the C2 Community Commercial zoning district; and 3) a Management Plan for modifications to the onsite pond to increase the capacity and improve the wetland habitat potential. Project also includes the Removal Action Workplan to remove the hazardous soils associated with an historic burn dump to the northern portion of the site (2 acres).
