Document Description
Construct a new 3,365 sf single-family home with a 950 sf garage on a legal 111-acre parcel that is bifurcated by Purisima Creek Rd. The proposed home will be located to the north of Purisima Creek Rd. A new septic system, domestic well and water storage tank are also proposed. Grading consisting of 920 cu. yds. of cut and 450 cu. yds. of fill is proposed for the construction of the new home and garage, and a new driveway and fire truck turnaround that will provide access to it. The existing 2,000 sf farm house is proposed to remain as an Affordable Housing Unit. The project requires a Planned Agricultural District Permit, Coastal Development Permit, and a Grading Permit. It also requires a Confined Animal Permit for up to 12 horses for the existing horse boarding operation, and the renewal of a Farm Labor Housing Permit for 1 FLH unit.
