Addendum No. 2 describes the Proposed Changes to the project as previously approved in the 2019 Yolo Bypass Salmonid Habitat Restoration and Fish Passage Project Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (YBSHRFPP EIS/EIR). The Proposed Changes to the previously approved project are: 1.) the removal of the cutoff walls and 2.) the removal of the Agricultural Road Crossing 1 (ARC1) bridge.
