Document Description
The Vista Grande Drainage Improvement Project is a stormwater storage and recovery project to address storm-related flooding in the Vista Grande Drainage Basin while providing additional benefits of augmenting the water level of Lake Merced. The State Lands Commission action is issuance of a 35-year General Lease – Right-of-Way Use for the demolition and removal of a concrete outfall structure; removal and replacement of abandoned pipeline support structures; use, maintenance, and repair of an existing 33-inch diameter submarine outfall pipeline with diffusers in the Pacific Ocean.
