Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0202-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation, District 12. This proposed project involves improvements to State Route 74, including widening shoulders, installing of metal beam guardrail and centerline rumble strip from east of Antonio Parkway/La Pata Road (Post Mile 2.93) to Christianitos Road (Post Mile 5.06) in Orange County. The Project will result in temporary impacts to 0.007 acre of Southern Cottonwood-Willow Riparian habitat and 0.572 acre of Coast Live Oak Woodland/Riparian habitat; and permanent impacts to 0.001 acre of Southern Cottonwood-Willow Riparian habitat and 0.532 acre of Coast Live Oak Woodland/Riparian habitat and associated wildlife.
