The Project consists of 516 dwelling units (508,200 gross sq. ft.), 99,000 sq. ft. of retail floor area (consisting of a 50,000 sq. ft. grocery store, 40,000 sq. ft. of general retail use, and 9,000 sq. ft. of restaurant uses), 200,000 sq. ft. of creative office floor area, and associated subterranean parking.
