The project is a five-story mixed use residential and retail development which would include ~142 multi-family residential units, with ~2,000 sf of indoor recreation space, 10,000 sf of neighborhood retail or professional office space, ~5,000 sf of flex space that could be used as either industrial/studio space, retail, or live/work space, and ~3,000 sf of contiguous support area including a residential lobby, leasing offices, mailroom, and building support areas. Parking would be provided in a two-level subterranean garage with a min. of 177 parking spaces.
