Document Description
The project proposes the disposal (sale) of the Cal Sorrento Property located within Sorrento Valley in San Diego, CA. The Cal Sorrento Property includes two eligible California and National Register eligible historic resources. Project alternatives that have been considered for the proposed project include the sale of the property as a whole parcel or divided into smaller parcels, as follows: 1) sell the property as-is, without historic preservation covenants, and without changes to the buildings; 2) sell property with all structures demolished (without the buildings); and 3) taking no action.
