Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to improve traffic operations, accommodate cross-border vehicular access to the LPOE, and accommodate local access and improve safety along Cesar Chavez Boulevard. The improvement and reconstruction would involve minor realignment of Cesar Chavez Boulevard along an established corridor as necessary to provide an appropriate roadway cross-section and vehicular design speed for the projected traffic volume on this roadway. This would require acquisition of new right-of-way at various locations along the corridor length to accommodate a 100-foot right-of-way along the project alignment.
