Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of up to 600,000 gsf of light industrial warehouse uses. Two industrial buildings approximately 44 feet high are proposed. Building 1 would be approximately 480,000 gsf and Building 2 would be approximately 120,000 gsf. The proposed project has been designed in compliance with the Standards and Guidelines outlined in the PVCC Specific Plan. Roadways and infrastructure to serve the project would be installed and landscaping would be provided.
