The project is the adoption and implementation of the 2008-2013 Housing Element. The purpose of the Housing Element revision is to identify the City's existing and projected housing needs and to establish goals, policies, and programs to guide City officials in daily decision making in addressing these needs. The goal of providing decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing to current and future residents of the City is a primary focus of the Housing Element.
