Document Description
The proposed project is a safety improvement project that will widen the shoulders from two to eight feet and provide two foot wide rumble strips near the edge of traveling roadway in each direction and provide a four foot wide median buffer with rumble strips on SR 138 between SR-138/SR-18 Junction (PM 69.3) to the San Bernardino County Line PM (75.0). Additional improvements include adjusting limits of existing passing zones and rehabilitating the existing deteriorating pavement. All of the proposed work is within Caltrans right-of-way.
