Document Description
The proposed project is a City initiated Ordinance Text Amendment amending Section 106.50.030 of the Zoning Code (Antelope Road I-80 Special Planning Area) to implement the Antelope Crossing Transformation Plan, a visioning document. Additionally the project proposes a City initiated Rezone changing the zoning designations of three parcels (APNs 209-0680-010, 209-0680-012, 209-0680-014) zoned Limited Commercial and five parcels (APNs 209-0080-049, 209-0080-050, 209-0080-054, 209-0080-056, 209-0080-068) zoned General Commercial to Special Planning Area (SPA). Incorporating all eight parcels will provide zoning consistency and implement the Antelope Crossing Transformation Plan.
