Document Description
The proposed project would result in the consolidation of all District administrative operations at one site. The project includes acquisition of an adjoining 5-acre site, and construction of three buildings and fueling stations for compressed natural gas (CNG), diesel, and gasoline. There will be 747 parking spaces, including 118 for school bus parking. The project would require offsite infrastructure improvements. Operation of the facility would be similar to existing conditions, including school bus pre-tip inspections starting as early as 5:00A.M.
