Document Description
The Project consists of cutting and trimming riparian vegetation within a narrow drainage channel and detention basin. Native plants within the channel will be trimmed within approximately 6 inches of ground height, removing the stems but leaving the roots in place. Non-native plants will be pulled by hand to the extent possible. Lateral branches on trunks of willows will be trimmed between ground level and 6 feet above the ground, to allow water to pass but maintain an overhead canopy. All trimming will be removed by hand and disposed of off-site.
